The remit of Project Management function includes:

 

  • The provision of all aspects of project management and business analysis to support Customer and ICT Infrastructure projects, from initiation to closure and review

  • Coordination and maintenance of the ICT Work Plan across both Councils and other organisations for which Xentrall Shared Services provide ICT support

  • Management of and assignment of ICT resources to projects already underway and those pipelined, in line with the business priorities of both Council’s

  • Working closely with Customers and ICT colleagues to ensure the smooth transition of systems and processes into the production environment

  • Communication of regular project status updates to management teams at both a service and corporate level

  • Definition and coordination of the ICT Customer Engagement Model
