The remit of Project Management function includes:

The provision of all aspects of project management and business analysis to support Customer and ICT Infrastructure projects, from initiation to closure and review

Coordination and maintenance of the ICT Work Plan across both Councils and other organisations for which Xentrall Shared Services provide ICT support

Management of and assignment of ICT resources to projects already underway and those pipelined, in line with the business priorities of both Council’s

Working closely with Customers and ICT colleagues to ensure the smooth transition of systems and processes into the production environment

Communication of regular project status updates to management teams at both a service and corporate level

Definition and coordination of the ICT Customer Engagement Model
