Information Security Management

The Information Security Management Team is responsible for developing appropriate information management policies, strategies, processes and procedures in line with information related legislation, regulation, standards and best practice. This involves assessing and prioritising information risks, identifying the appropriate controls required to reduce the risks to an acceptable level, and working with services across the Council and other external customers to make sure that the controls identified are properly implemented.
