Your Lenovo Mix tablet (the device where the keyboard clips off and on, and the tablet is on a fold out stand), uses an older USB-3 connector for its dock. It is NOT compatible with the Dell WD19 dock, or the Dell monitor dock.
Your Lenovo Mix will work with one of the two following docks:
- Lenovo Ultra Dock (unit that says ThinkPad on the top of it)
- Dell D6000 Universal Dock (not yet in circulation)
