Xentrall Finance is the processing or operational side of the finance function. Both Stockton and Darlington Borough Councils use the Agresso Financial Management System.

Our Finance Services

Systems Support and Development

Supports and develops the Agresso Financial Management System on behalf of both Councils.

Creditors

Provides a payment service in respect of the settlement of supplier invoices, expenses and car mileage claims.

Banking

Provides a complete banking service including the reconciliation of both Stockton and Darlington Council bank statements on a daily and monthly basis.

Debtors

Provides a billing and collection service in respect of sundry and periodic debts.

Income

Provides a cash receipting and income management service. Including support and development of the income systems.
