MobilePASS (RSA Replacement) 

MobilePASS One Time Password - External Access

MobilePASS is a new way for users and suppliers to access Council services.  Anyone who is currently using an RSA token will need to return it and start using MobilePASS.

MobilePASS works in a similar way to RSA, but instead of a physical token we produce the code on a smartphone using an App or we can send an SMS text to a mobile phone.  When using the SMS method, your phone will need to be registered.  Each user/supplier will need their own account.
