Transactional Finance
Transactional Finance is the processing or operational side of the finance
function. Both St
ockton and Darlington Borough Councils use the Agresso
Financial Management System.
The services provided by Xentrall are:
Creditors - the creditors team provides a payment service
in respect of the settlement of supplier invoices, expenses and car mileage
claims.
Debtors - the debtors team provides a billing and
collection services in respect of sundry and periodic debts.
Banking - the banking team provides a complete banking
service including the reconciliation of both Stockton and Darlington
Council bank statements on a daily and monthly basis.
Income - the income team provides a cash receipting and
income management service.
Systems Support and Development - Xentrall also supports
and develops the Agresso Financial Management System on behalf of both
Councils.
