Our Services
We aim to deliver excellent services to all our customers. To help us do this, every year we survey our customers so that we can understand what we do well and what we do less well. We use this information and our regular contact to develop improvements in our services from a customer perspective.
We also have a ten year business plan which sets out a number of service improvements such as increased automation, electronic payments and more self service. More information about these can be found in the Inside Xentrall section.
