Investors in People - IIP
Stockton Borough Council, of which Xentrall are a part, have
achieved a silver award at the new, higher level of Investors in
People assessment.
According to Investors in People UK, a silver award demonstrates an exceptional acheivement by an organisation and is testament to the hard work,commitment and good practice of all employees.
Assessors commended the council on its commitment to employee well-being and continually improving services .
